Players of Marvel Rivals are growing tired of Galatia.

Marvel Rivals are growing tired
When I first played the closed alpha of *Marvel Rivals*, I was very excited about trying a new hero shooter. I hoped this game would bring back my love for the genre. However, after the official launch, I've found myself losing interest faster than I expected. Looking back, especially at my long time playing *Overwatch* since 2016, I realize I may have set my expectations too high for *Marvel Rivals*. One major complaint from players is about Galacta's voice lines. With new content updates coming soon, many players have shared their frustration online. For a lot of players, Galacta’s lines are becoming a nuisance rather than an enjoyable part of the game. One player expressed their dislike, saying, “Galacta’s lines are so annoying that I can't stand the ‘you win’ voice line. It gets repetitive and bothersome after a while. Any other option would be a welcome change.” Another player agreed, stating, “For real, it hurts my ears, even at low volume. I find it frustrating, and it ruins my experience.” Another player said, “Her voice is so grating. I’d buy a pack for a new announcer right away, and I haven’t spent anything on the game yet. That shows how desperate I am for a change.” Additionally, someone noted, “She just talks way too much. The winning or losing dialogue feels excessive and breaks the flow of the game.” In response to this desire for new announcers, many players suggest that if the developers offer announcer packs, they should consider famous voices like Samuel L. Jackson, Jarvis from the Marvel movies, J. Jonah Jameson, or even Khonshu as a special voice for Moon Knight. These suggestions show a strong wish for variety, highlighting that different character voices could greatly enhance the gameplay experience.
